Historical Resolution Data
Does StatementConverter handle the UOB One Account statement format?
Yes. UOB One Account statements include tiered bonus interest rows and cashback credit entries that reflect spending thresholds met in that month. StatementConverter preserves all UOB One-specific rows in the Excel output — including interest crediting entries and cashback rebates — so you can audit your monthly rewards and verify tier qualification.
Is the UOB statement password-protected?
No. UOB eStatements downloaded from UOB Personal Internet Banking or the UOB TMRW app are not encrypted with a file-level password. The PDF is secured at the banking portal login level only. You can upload the downloaded PDF directly to StatementConverter and begin extraction immediately without entering any unlock password.
Can I use a converted UOB statement for IRAS tax submissions?
Yes. The structured Excel output from StatementConverter is used by Singapore sole proprietors and company accountants to prepare IRAS Income Tax (Form B/C) and GST returns. The output includes the full transaction date, description, debit, credit, and running balance — the minimum information required by IRAS for income and expense substantiation from bank records.
Does it support UOB business banking statements?
Yes. UOB Business Current Account and UOB eBusiness Account statements are fully supported. The extraction engine handles multi-page corporate UOB statements and preserves FAST, GIRO, MEPS, and cheque number references required for business bank reconciliation and management account preparation.
Does it handle multi-currency UOB statements?
Yes. UOB FX accounts and UOB Mighty FX transactions appear in statements with the original foreign currency amount alongside the SGD equivalent. StatementConverter preserves both the foreign currency amount and the SGD converted value in separate columns, making foreign-currency reconciliation accurate and straightforward.
Is the conversion PDPA-compliant for UOB data?
Yes. Your UOB statement PDF is processed entirely within your browser using WebAssembly — it is never transmitted to StatementConverter's servers or any third party. This local processing model ensures full compliance with Singapore's PDPA by preventing any unauthorised collection or disclosure of your personal financial information.
