Agreement Overview
Binding Contractual Terms & Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and Mohammad Nadim, operating the website and brand StatementConverter("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
User Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or using StatementConverter, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.
Description of Software & Service
StatementConverter is a browser-based productivity utility that extracts tabular financial and transactional data from PDF bank statements and formats it into structured spreadsheets (Excel .xlsx and CSV formats). We offer a 100% client-side Local Region Extractor that runs locally inside your browser memory with zero server uploads, as well as optional cloud AI conversion credit packages (Starter, Pro, and Agency tiers) for automated parsing. Document conversion is provided as an automated self-service utility.
Pricing, Currency & International Payments
All plan prices are clearly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) before checkout. For users outside India, international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club) are accepted securely via Razorpay. Your card issuing bank will automatically convert the transaction amount from INR into your local currency at standard interbank exchange rates. Recurring subscriptions renew on a monthly basis until cancelled by the user via the dashboard.
Cancellations, Refunds & Billing Disputes
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your user dashboard to prevent future renewal charges. In accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, full refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment instrument for technical processing failures (where credits were deducted without output) or accidental duplicate billing reported within 7 calendar days of the charge.
Digital Delivery & Instant Fulfillment
All products sold on StatementConverter are 100% digital SaaS services and software access credits. Upon successful payment verification by Razorpay, your account balance and subscription benefits are activated immediately in your browser dashboard (< 60 seconds). No physical shipment, parcel delivery, or physical handling is involved.
User Data Sovereignty & Privacy
We adhere strictly to client-side data privacy protocols. When using our Local Region Extractor, your files remain strictly within your local browser memory sandbox (RAM) and are never uploaded to our servers. Payment credentials (card numbers, CVV, passwords) are processed exclusively by PCI-DSS certified payment gateway Razorpay and are never stored or handled by our servers.
Usage Restrictions & Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our client-side software algorithms; (b) utilize automated bots or scrapers to overwhelm our infrastructure; (c) process fraudulent, illicit, or unauthorized bank records; or (d) violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation in India or your local jurisdiction.
Accuracy Disclaimer & Statutory Notice
StatementConverter is an automated format conversion utility. While we employ rigorous mathematical reconciliation algorithms, we do not provide accounting, financial, auditing, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the extracted output against original source files before using it for tax filings, audit workpapers, or legal proceedings.
Statutory Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
StatementConverter is an independent software tool operated by Mohammad Nadim. Any references to bank names, logos, or trademarks (including but not limited to State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, or others) are used strictly for nominative, educational, and descriptive identification purposes to indicate compatibility with standard statement layout formats. StatementConverter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized partner or representative of any of the aforementioned institutions or the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL STATEMENTCONVERTER, ITS FOUNDERS (MOHAMMAD NADIM, MOHAMMAD HAMZA NADIM), EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR RECONCILIATION ERRORS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE UTILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts in Siwan, Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement.
