Agreement Overview
These terms govern your use of the StatementConverter website and subscription services operated by **Mohammad Nadim** ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
User Acceptance
By creating an account, selecting a plan, or converting documents on StatementConverter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Description of Service
We provide a browser-based utility that extracts structured financial information from PDF statements and outputs it in Excel/CSV formats. All parsing runs locally in your web browser; we do not upload or store your financial statement files on our servers. The basic (free) plan is provided at no cost for processing short statements (up to 3 pages per document) to allow users to verify extraction accuracy locally. Subscriptions remove all page caps for unlimited processing.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Billing is handled securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard to prevent future renewal charges. All subscription and credit purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to reverse engineer the application's client-side code, scrape data automatically, or use the service for any unlawful activities.
Accuracy and Disclaimers
While we strive for high conversion accuracy, StatementConverter is a processing utility and does not provide financial or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of parsed output against original source files.
Limitation of Liability
STATEMENTCONVERTER AND ITS OPERATOR, MOHAMMAD NADIM, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ERRORS IN CONVERSION OR FINANCIAL REPORTING DISCREPANCIES.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siwan, Bihar, India.
