SBI YONO Statement Password Format
The YONO app uses a specific encryption method that differs from the OnlineSBI portal. Here is how to unlock your file in seconds.
1YONO M-Passbook PDF
When you download your transaction history from the "M-Passbook" section of the YONO app.
Password Pattern
DDMMYYYY
Your Date of Birth (e.g. 05011990 for 5th Jan 1990)
- Numeric only
- No special characters
2YONO E-Statement (Email)
When you request a formal statement to be sent to your registered email address via the YONO app.
Password Pattern
MOBILE5 + DDMM
Last 5 digits of Mobile + Date & Month of Birth
- 9-digit alphanumeric
- Standard SBI PSU format
Common "YONO Password" Mistakes
Mixing up the formats: Users often try the DDMMYYYY format for the E-statement PDF, or the Mobile5+DDMM format for the M-Passbook. Check which one you downloaded!
Space in Mobile: Ensure there are no spaces or country codes (+91) if your mobile number starts the password.
Wrong DOB: The password uses the DOB registered in the bank's records. Double-check your welcome kit if it fails.
